about

Hazarding is the result of some surprising and very fortunate time-space correlations that suddenly made it possible to have rich analog tapes enter in contrary conversation with leaking digital algorithms. Frequencies transformed into bits miraculously intertwine with ease with the electromagnetically determined.
The joy of the unpredictable arises when the performers engage in fluid feedback patterns of listening and execution that in turn gives rise to musical proposals embodied as .wav. The digital, the analog, the manipulation in real-time of very diverse sound sources, all of this contributes to an atmospheres that goes from the supernatural and experimental to the raw power of the dance floor. And in the process it lays down the most diverse episodes of engagement and abandon, as a spectacular range of textures are pinpointed in luscious time.
